Temporary Cancellation Policy

 

In view of the current corona pandemic we are adjusting our cancellation policy to reflect the uncertainty surrounding travel planning and execution. These arrangements are limited to stays commencing prior to 1 July 2021.

We will give a full refund for all bookings made for Casa Estrellita (regardless of our normal booking conditions), provided that we receive a cancellation notification at least 7 days before the start of the trip. In case of an even shorter cancellation notification we will only charge you for the costs incurred (e.g. for the preparation of the Casa by our property management).

 

This applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation or the type of your booking (via Ebay, our website, FeWo-direkt, Homeaway etc.). However, we cannot guarantee a full refund of service fees charged by booking portals, thus we recommend booking directly through this website.

We will also make changes to your booking free of charge, subject to availability of the Casa.
