Booking Casa Estrellita:

 

Booking is very easy: Just check the availability of your desired booking period and send us an e-mail. We'll have a look at the calendar and let you know if Casa Estrellita is available. In our response you will also find the total price of your booking. At the same time we will make a preliminary reservation.

 

You will then have seven working days to transfer the down payment. Only after we received that transfer, the reservation will be fixed and confirmed. If we don't receive the transfer in time we will cancel the preliminary reservation without further notice.

 

If you feel you may need longer than seven days to transfer the down payment, please let us know. There is some flexibility here.

 

Payment policy:

 

A down payment of 50% of the base rental rate is due within seven days of the availability notice to confirm the booking. The remainder (incl. final cleaning fee and refundable deposit) is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Additional charges for firewood, electricity, and potential damages will be deducted from the deposit prior to refunding.

 

Any charges raised by our property management (early/late arrivals, extra services) are payable directly to them.

 

This is what you will get:

 

  • Unlimited use of Casa Estrellita including all its amenities throughout the booking period.

  • Linen, pool and bathroom towels upon arrival.

  • Meet & Greet by our property manager during normal hours (09:00h - 20:00h).

  • Pool cleaning (minimum once per week).

  • Magnificient views of Lake Viñuela and the surrounding mountains (unlimited).

  • 1 bucket of firewood per week.

  • Electric power up to 50 € per week.

  • Unlimited water (within reasonable quantities).

 

 

This is what will be charged on top:

 

  • Final cleaning: 145 € per stay.

  • Firewood in excess of 1 bucket per week (10 € per bucket).

  • Electric power in excess of 50 € per week (by consumption).

  • Early/late arrivals:
     

20:00h - 00:00h - 10 €

00:00h - 03:00h - 30 €

03:00h - 09:00h - 50 €

 

  • Extra costs incurred due to neglect of the house rules.

  • Extra services to be provided by our property manager (extra cleaning, extra linen/towels, airport pick up etc.)

 

In addition there will be 400 € refundable deposit to cover potential damages to the property. We will do our best to refund you within a week of departure.

 

Please consult the house rules in order to avoid extra costs caused by neglect.

 

Check-in/Check-out:

 

Check-in generally is at 15:00h, check-out at 10:00h. Depending on availabilty we are flexible here, but there is no guarantee you can take over the house earlier or vacate it at a later time. Please let us know about your travel plans.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

  • earlier than 8 weeks prior to arrival: 90% refund.

  • earlier than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund.

  • earlier than 1 week prior to arrival: 25% refund.

  • later than 1 week prior to arrival: no refund.

 

Refund percentages refer to the base rental rate. The final cleaning fee and the deposit will be refunded in full no matter when you cancelled your booking.

 

An offset policy is in place. That is, if we are able to rent out the house for a period previously booked by you we will refund you the full price minus a 25 € service charge.
